The project covers three 
ecologically significant 
territories: the “Semey 
Ormany” reserve, the Ile-Alatau 
National Park, and the “Green 
Belt” of Astana.
Quality of planting 
material
Seedlings are supplied 
directly from the nurseries 
of “Semey Ormany”. Thanks to the 
partnership, the cost of 
planting material is 
significantly lower than market 
prices and ranges from 15 to 
65 tenge per seedling.
Professional 
execution
All planting works 
are carried out by specialized 
experts of the Ministry 
of Ecology. This guarantees
 strict compliance 
with planting technologies and 
further professional 
care of the trees.
Control and 
transparency
Strict accounting of the allocated 
budget ensures targeted 
use of funds and 
maximum ecological 
efficiency of every 
invested tenge.
