In the Aktobe Region, the JUMYSTAP social project was implemented with the support of the Halyk Foundation.

The Halyk Foundation supported the acquisition of modular points located at several points in Aktobe.

‘Today, under the directive of the Head of Government, the Jumystap social project is being implemented in the city of Aktobe. The region is home to over 266,000 people aged 14 to 35. This initiative aims to improve the quality of life for these young people, open new sources of income, and provide them with stable employment. As part of the project, and with the support of the foundation, five modular points are being installed free of charge in high-traffic areas of Aktobe,’ — said Askhat Shakharov.

The project is designed to help young people find job vacancies, develop new skills, and gain experience in the labor market. It targets not only the unemployed but also all citizens wishing to acquire additional skills or change jobs. Students, unemployed individuals, officially registered citizens, and those approaching retirement age can use the project for employment and training. In addition to job search assistance, the project also offers free consultations on government support measures, business registration, placing applications for housing and land, and other social issues.

The most important thing is that those who wish will be able to master a new profession for free in a short period of time. Due to the joint work of the local administration and the labor mobility center, the effectiveness of the project will be increased, and the regional youth resource center has been appointed as the project operator.

‘We believe that this project will help increase people’s incomes and improve their quality of life. The Halyk Foundation is always ready to support social initiatives aimed at enhancing well-being in communities and to promote the development of education, healthcare, and sports. This project is a vivid example of how government organizations and private foundations can work together for the benefit of society,’ — said Saginbek Shunkeev, Director of the Halyk Foundation.

By the way, earlier the Aktobe region akimat and the Halyk charity foundation signed a memorandum of cooperation for the development of social and charitable projects in the region. The social project JUMYSTAP is the result of joint initiatives.
