The Halyk Charitable Fund Has Launched the Implementation of Social Projects in the Aktobe Region

The Halyk Charitable Fund continues to actively support initiatives in employment, education, healthcare, culture, and sports—efforts that have already led to positive changes in various parts of the country.
One of the fund’s key objectives is to assist with employment, improve qualifications, and help citizens realize their potential.
A major step in implementing these goals was the signing of a memorandum with the Akimat of the Aktobe Region, focused on the socio-economic development of the region and improving the standard of living for its residents.
“Joint work with the Halyk Charitable Fund will allow us to take additional measures to solve the region’s social problems. I am confident that the cooperation will be successful and we will achieve high results,” said Askhat Shakharov, Akim of the Aktobe Region.
As part of the cooperation, the Halyk Charitable Fund will provide five modular points for free use in the Aktobe Region to offer consultations on employment, education, and reducing unemployment.

Each person who visits a modular point will have the opportunity to:
− Receive prompt government support
− Start their own business with guidance on government support measures and lending conditions
− Discover new opportunities for education and employment

All measures provided by the project offer individuals the chance to build a personal development plan and increase their income. The project is primarily aimed at socially vulnerable groups, disoriented and unemployed individuals, unemployed youth, and people without experience or qualifications. The launch of the project is scheduled for the first ten days of August this year.
“Our fund strives to contribute to the bright future of the country. We are grateful to the leadership of the Aktobe Region for supporting our projects and initiatives,” said Saginbek Shunkeev, Head of the Halyk Charitable Fund.
Previously, to reduce unemployment and improve the financial well-being of residents in the capital, this project was successfully implemented at the initiative of the Akimat of Astana. The Halyk Charitable Fund supported the production, installation, and maintenance costs of the modular consultation points.
Thus, the Aktobe Region is the second region where this social project is planned for development.
