The first cohort of UEFA Category D coach training has begun.

In Almaty, within the framework of the AuylFootball project, the first stream of advanced training for UEFA category D coaches was launched in December 2023. The general sponsor of the project was the Halyk Charity Foundation.
The opening of the first training stream was attended by the director of the branch of the Khalyk charity foundation in Almaty region, Galymbek Zhaksylykov, and the head of the AuylFutbol project, Serik Mambetov.

The first stream involves 20 trainers from Akmola, Zhambyl, Turkestan, Almaty, and Zhetysu regions. Within the framework of the qualification course, trainers are trained by professors and professional trainers specializing in this field. The course includes various theoretical and practical methods.
“In the next three months, 100 coaches from rural communities will be trained in the republic. We will also provide 100 teams from rural communities with the necessary equipment.

Today, 39 teams have been provided with the necessary sports equipment and gear. In addition, within the framework of the AulFootball project, 17 competitions are planned to be held in 2024.



Let us recall that in November 2023, the head of the AuylFutbol project, Serik Mambetov, and the director of the branch of the Halyk charity foundation in Almaty region, Galymbek Zhaksylykov, signed a memorandum of cooperation on the development of football in populated areas. The above events are organized within the framework of this memorandum with the support of the Halyk charity foundation.
