Residents of Kulsary Move into New Homes Built by the Halyk Charitable Fund and Halyk Bank

The Halyk Charitable Fund and Halyk Bank, led by Timur Kulibayev, have allocated more than 31.4 billion tenge to eliminate the consequences of the floods.

With the active support of the Halyk Charitable Fund and Halyk Bank, restoration work on residential buildings damaged by the devastating floods in April 2024 is nearing completion in the city of Kulsary, Atyrau Region.

Philanthropist Timur Kulibayev was one of the first to respond to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s call for domestic businesses to assist in rebuilding and constructing housing for citizens affected by natural disasters.
