With the active support of the Halyk Charitable Foundation of Timur Kulibayev and Halyk Bank, work on the restoration of residential buildings damaged by the devastating floods in April 2024 is being successfully completed in the city of Kulsary in the Atyrau region.

The famous philanthropist Timur Kulibayev was one of the first to respond to the call of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to domestic businessmen to provide assistance in the restoration and construction of housing for citizens who became victims of natural disasters.
