Supporting people with disabilities is a key focus area for the Halyk Charitable Fund.

In 2018, as part of the large-scale social initiative “Invataxi,” the Halyk Charitable Fund, in partnership with JSC “Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan,” purchased 21 specialized vehicles to provide free transportation for individuals with limited mobility. These vehicles were donated to regional disability organizations in 21 cities across Kazakhstan. The total cost of the project was 200 million tenge.

In 2019, the Invataxi project was expanded with the purchase and donation of an additional 15 specialized vehicles.

Since the launch of the initiative, a total of 36 vehicles have been delivered to various regions, with a combined value of over 336 million tenge. Each vehicle is equipped with wheelchair lift systems, panoramic windows, a right-side sliding door, and rear doors that open 180 degrees. These vehicles are designed to serve both urban and, when needed, rural areas—ensuring greater mobility and accessibility for people with disabilities.
