Since November 2023, the Khalyk Charity Foundation has been the general sponsor of the Aul Football project for rural children.

Within the project:

• 100 rural coaches were trained according to UEFA category “D” qualification;
• 100 rural children’s football teams are provided with training equipment;
• All participants of the “Auyl Football” project – coaches and managers – completed a short SMM course: how to work in social networks with children, with parents, with sponsors;
• All participants of the Aul Football project – coaches and managers – completed an eight-hour course on working within the framework of the state program “Per capita financing of sports sections” (ARTsport);
• the most active coaches and managers from among the participants of the “Aul Football” project, 25 people, take a 20-hour course “Football Management”;
• The first of 14 planned tournaments among rural teams was held in the Almaty region. Number of participants – 16 rural teams (about 200 children);
• Three training courses for the #AuylFootball national team were implemented at the BAQSY sports and recreation complex in the village of Kargaly.

The Foundation plans to carry out large-scale work to organize regional tournaments in the regions and the final tournament at the republican level.

As a result of the work carried out, the “Aуыл Футбол” (Village Football) project has become even more popular among rural children’s teams. During this period, the number of participating teams increased by more than 300%. In November 2023, there were 32 teams from eight regions of the country participating in the project. By March 31, 2024, the “Aуыл Футбол” project included 112 teams from 14 regions, totaling over 3,500 children. Approximately 90 teams have submitted applications to join the “Aуыл Футбол” project.

The project’s geographic reach is expanding. New rural children’s teams from various regions of Kazakhstan are joining the initiative. New teams have joined from the North Kazakhstan, West Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Turkestan, Zhambyl, Almaty, Jetisu, Aktobe, Kyzylorda, Kostanay, Karaganda, Atyrau, and Abai regions.

These achievements confirm the success and effectiveness of the Foundation’s support for the Aul Football project.

The achievements of the “Auyl Football” project, supported by the Fund, have been widely recognized and positively received by the public. This is confirmed by the project being awarded the National Prize “Halyk Süyikti – People’s Favorite.” “Auyl Football” became the laureate in the category of “Best Social Project.” The project’s recognition is growing, attracting interest not only from football enthusiasts and the general public but also from governmental and local executive bodies, as well as external organizations.

Every day, proactive citizens from the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan who want to open football clubs in villages seek consulting assistance; there is an increase in the number of subscribers by more than a thousand people on the project’s accounts in social networks, and their involvement is also increasing.

In total, the Halyk Charity Foundation provided charitable assistance for the development of sports and sports infrastructure in the amount of more than five billion tenge.
