State Enterprise “Regional Center for Children’s Technical Creativity”

In November 2023, the Halyk Foundation allocated charitable assistance to the regional Center for Children’s Technical Creativity of the Education Department of the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan Region in the amount of 58.3 million tenge for the purchase of equipment and repair work.

Children studying at the center will be able to acquire skills in piloting drones, creating high-quality video content, participating in races and competitions. Fully equipped computer rooms will allow students to study the basics of robotics, engineering and programming through practical activities.

The NNEF Foundation and its IT universities provided significant assistance in selecting and purchasing equipment, and also organized advanced training courses for the Center’s teachers. As noted by Maria Kovzhasarova, Head of the Education Department of the NNEF Foundation, cooperation with Astana IT University will provide the Center’s students and teachers with access to the resources and expertise of this university.

Director of the Khalyk Charity Foundation Saginbek Shunkeev said that the main investment is an investment in children’s education.

The Children’s Technical Creativity Center in Uralsk, renovated and equipped with the latest technology, is ready to offer its students practical skills that meet the requirements of the time. This project has become a shining example of how public and private initiatives can change children’s lives and create conditions for their development.
